He has been an agent since 1975 and has negotiated over $1 billion in sporting and entertainment contracts. Leigh has worked with such prominent clients as Muhammad Ali, Mark Spitz, Bo Jackson, Dennis Rodman, Michael J. Fox, Kelly LeBrock, Bobby Vinton, Julie Andrews, Natalie Cole, Alan Thicke, Leonard Nimoy, Ben Vereen and the Rolling Stones
He has been a "Sports Agent to the Stars" columnist for the Los Angeles Times since January 2001 and is also a regular contributor to The Los Angeles Times and USA Today. He is a member of the National Sports Agents Association (NSA), the International Sports Agents Association (ISA), and the International Entertainment Marketers Association (IEMA).
